Cosmic Apple Solstice Tree

A month ago, I dreamed I made a large red apple out of clay. I was trying to work how to put the rings of Saturn around the apple, when I woke up. That dream inspired this year’s Winter Solstice Tree: The Cosmic Apple Tree. The apple is a fundamental symbol of life on earth. Saturn shines in the night sky. Rings are a symbol of eternity. This image suggests that the body and spirit are not separate, and that physical life is radiant with spiritual force.

The star on this tree is a spiral galaxy. Other details include apples; Milky Way streamers with crystal hummingbirds and silver butterflies; crescent moons; and stars.
